Zoolights!

As I was sitting here trying to find a topic for today, I started flipping through some of my pictures...Oh, I forgot about that!

I guess that's why we take photos, to remind us of those things that our mind forgets. There was a reason that you took that photo, something beautiful, something different, something you didn't want to forget.

Anyone who knows me knows what a Christmas freak I am! I love the whole idea of Christmas but I especially love the lights and sounds. I drive my family nuts with the Christmas music but you need it to completely set the mood.

I love my tree. I love the presents under the tree. I love watching my family's faces as they open their gifts. But mostly, I just love the atmosphere that Christmas brings.

Another thing that I love is the zoo. Now, who would ever put together the zoo and Christmas?! But they do!

Well, thanks to a few photos, I won't forget the Columbus Zoo all decked out for Christmas. Lights set to music around the little lake, ice skating, the carousel. There weren't many animals, but the whole thing was just magical.
